Food Service: Dough on the Go

Worked with a local chef to establish Dough on the Go as a successful “virtual” artisanal donut & bagel business in the early months of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

  • Set up and maintain e-commerce enabled website to support online ordering for delivery and pickup.

  • Managed all online and offline marketing, including setting up and maintaining Instagram account and Facebook presence, and producing business cards, logo stickers, logo stamp for packaging.

  • Established processes for order management and customer service.

  • Developed full business plan to support potential fundraising efforts.


Worked with boutique retailer of artisanal candles, soaps and other body products to set up a marketing website designed to showcase the products and brands carried in the physical shop.

  • Set up multi-page website that allows users to “window-shop” many of the products that can be purchased in the physical store. In order to highlight Luna & Bebo’s focus on curating the highest quality products, the About Us page includes the brand-story of featured suppliers, many of whom are mission driven.

  • Analyzed 18 months of sales and inventory data in order to advise shop owner on optimal product mix for improving sales and profit margins

  • Constructed five-year projected P&L under three scenarios (base case, upside case and downside case) in order to demonstrate potential viability of the business.

Wellness Service: Well With Rads

Helped a licensed physical therapist launch a website for her new business when she left a group practice to go independent.

Book Author: The Norman Nation

Worked with bestselling author Matthew Norman to replace his long-running blog, The Norman Nation, with a modern web site that provides a better showcase for his books and a much-improved user experience for his readers.

Worked with real estate developer based in the Boston metro area to completely redo his company’s website so that it exhibited a more professional and more modern look and feel. And, importantly, the site now offers users a mobile-friendly experience.
